Munich, 12 March 2025 – Astera Legal advised the international healthcare fund ARCHIMED on the financing of the acquisition of the BioVendor Group. The transaction involved a complex financing structure provided by Česká spořitelna, a.s. and Komerční banka, a.s.
BioVendor Group, founded in 1992 in the Czech Republic, is a leading company in the field of in vitro diagnostics (IVD). With a broad portfolio that includes research, development, production and distribution of diagnostic products, it is active in several jurisdictions, including the Czech Republic, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg. This required close international cooperation between various consultants and institutions.
