Astera Legal has advised ProXES GmbH, in connection to an agreement entered into in April 2026 on a comprehensive recapitalization that will strengthen the company and position it optimally for future growth. Fresh capital will enable investments in innovation, product development, and the further enhancement of service quality. In addition, ProXES have restructured its financing, reducing the level of debt on balance sheet and extending maturities on a long-term basis.
