Astera Legal advised Haspa BGM Invest GmbH on the financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in Vartan.Aero GmbH. The financing was provided by Commerzbank AG. This transaction marked the first collaboration between Haspa BGM and Astera Legal.
Vartan.Aero is a globally active provider of aviation support services with a focus on cabin interiors, aircraft systems and aerostructures. The company has more than 25 years of experience in the aviation industry and works, among others, with aircraft manufacturers, aerospace suppliers, MROs, leasing companies, CAMOs and airlines. The group employs over 300 people and operates locations including France, the United States, Canada and China.
