We support the investment company Goldbeck Robens Industrial Partners (GRIP) on the growth financing of its stake in HWP Handwerkspartner GmbH (one of the leading full-service construction service providers in Germany).

Goldbeck Robens Industrial Partners (GRIP) is backed by the Goldbeck family from Bielefeld together with partner and investor Björn-Hendrik Robens, who have acquired the majority stake in HWP Handwerkspartner GmbH.

The Goldbeck family plans and builds real estate with systematic processes along the entire life cycle. In addition, the largest construction company under German ownership also provides building-related services and revitalizes or recycles existing buildings. HWP's construction services, which include comprehensive support for builders, ideally complement Goldbeck's technological development and manufacturing expertise.

As a partner with significant experience in the investment business, Björn-Hendrik Robens is on board. He leads the investment company Goldbeck Robens Industrial Partners (GRIP) as managing partner and provides his expertise to HWP Handwerkspartner.
