We support the investment fund Lenbach Equity Opportunities II GmbH & Co. KG ("LEO II Fund"), which is exclusively advised by DUBAG Group, on the financing of the acquisition of promedi Personalmanagement GmbH by Volksbank eG - Die Gestalterbank.

Promedi is a high-performance partner for employee leasing and recruiting for medical staff and has demonstrated impressive growth over the years.

The transaction is a carve-out from the Cologne-based RIW Dienstleistungsgruppe.

Munich-based DUBAG Group, which is regularly advised from Astera Legal, is specialised in advising and managing private equity funds with the focus on acquisitions of companies in special situations and complex carve-outs.
