Astera Legal successfully advised AUCTUS Capital Partners AG on the financing of the acquisition of the asap Logistics Group. The financing was provided by Volksbank eG - Die Gestalterbank and Hypo Vorarlberg Bank AG. The parties agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.

The asap Logistics Group, a niche and specialized logistics provider for safety-critical and high-value goods, serves a select group of well-known customers and partners. With many years of experience and extensive knowledge, especially in cross-border transports, asap Logistics is the leading medium-sized provider in Europe in this market niche. The company shows an above-average growth and will continue its success story through the partnership with AUCTUS. The headquarters of asap Logistics is located in Landshut near Munich, with branches in Great Britain and Italy and about 70 employees.

AUCTUS Capital Partners AG is an investment company that focuses on German-speaking medium-sized companies. Its investments target companies with annual revenues between €10 million and €150 million and aim for sustainable growth, both organically and through acquisitions.
